Milling machine specifically designed for contouring PVC profiles that have been pre-cut at 45°. Integrated into the window production process alongside Someco SM series machines equipped with Seamless technology counterblocks, it prepares the profiles for the subsequent zero-seam welding phase. The CM 4H features two operating units: one fixed on the left and one mobile on the right. Each unit has three independent axes and controls three electro-spindles, one for the trimming blade and two for cutters of the same diameter. The machine can simultaneously process the four faces of two bars, ensuring a productivity level balanced with a 4-head welding machine. Programming can be done directly from the machine's console or by importing and executing predefined machining lists optimized by the office.
